U Hotelu Sheraton u Zagrebu je 9. ožujka održan međunarodni stručni skup PRINT.Fest 2017, na kojem su međunarodni stručnjaci predstavili aktualne teme u domeni tiska. Predsjednik FabLaba, Mr. Sc. Roberto Vdović, tom je prilikom predstavio neke od mogućnosti 3D printa te brzi napredak ovih revolucionarnih tehnologija. U izložbenom dijelu programa važnu su ulogu odigrali učenici srednje škole Faust Frančić iz Zagreba, koji su okupljenima demonstrirali proces 3D skeniranja i 3D printa. Neki od okupljenih dobili su i svoje male 3D skenirane i isprintane portrete na dar 🙂

PRINT.Fest2017, an international conference on printing technologies, took place on March 9, 2017, in Zagreb’s Sheraton Hotel. International experts discussed the state-of-the-art technologies used in print. The president of FabLabHR, Mr.Sc. Roberto Vdović used this opportunity to introduce some of the numerous possibilities of the revolutionary 3D print technologies.  In the exhibition space, students of the secondary technical school Faust Vrančić played an important role, demonstrating the process of 3D scanning and 3D printing to the conference participants. Some of the guests were presented with small scale 3D scanned and printed portraits of themselves 🙂
